Colleen is a Mother, Herbalist, and Board Certified Functional Medicine Health Coach devoted to the nourishment, healing connection and authentic support of mothers and children, and a rekindling of the village. With nearly two decades of study and practice in Integrative and Functional Medicine and Nutrition, Herbalism and Formulation, and her natural birth and conscious journey into motherhood, her work is a tapestry of intuition and physiology, ancient plant wisdom and ecosomatics, scientific research and sacred ritual.
Colleen lives in Northern California with her husband, daughter, animals, and humble garden of plant allies. She offers private and group coaching in person and virtually, advises and formulates for natural and functional product companies (such as FORIA, Allies, Needed, and Mother Nurtured), and she leads monthly in-person MotherNurture circles on taboo topics such as intimacy, grief and loss, rage in motherhood, conscious conception, and more all weaving in discussion, practices, ritual, and connection.
